A number of plane stress numerical analyses of the mode I elastoplastic fracture mechanics problem have been performed in the past using the Huber–Mises yield criterion. This study employs instead the Tresca yield condition using an incremental theory of plasticity for a stationary crack. A commercial finite element program is used to solve the opening mode of fracture problem (mode I) for a square plate containing a central crack under generalized plane stress loading conditions. A biaxial uniform tensile traction is applied to the edges of a thin plate composed of a linear elastic non-work hardening material under small strain assumptions. The finite element results are compared with the analytical predictions of the Dugdale plastic strip model for a crack in an infinite plate subject to a biaxial uniform load at infinity. 相似文献

利用样条小波尺度函数构造了常用的三角形和矩形薄板单元的位移函数,得到了利用小波函数表示的形函数。采用合理的局部坐标,对单元进行压缩,使单元在局部坐标区间上有其值,成功地推导出了分域的三角形和矩形薄板小波有限元列式。在此基础上,提出了弹性地基薄板的小波有限元求解方法。通过两个算例对薄板的挠度和弯矩进行了计算,数值结果表明,求解结果具有收敛快、精度高的特点。 相似文献

讨论非惯性参考系中弹性薄板动力系统1∶1内共振时的全局分岔及其混沌性质.首先对系统的奇点进行了分析,进而得到了奇点附近同宿轨的参数方程,再用Melnikov方法研究了系统的同宿轨分岔及其混沌运动.研究表明,对各种不同共振情形,系统将由同宿轨分岔过渡到混沌运动.最后用数值仿真证实了理论分析的结果. 相似文献

The non-classical symmetry method is used to determine particular forms of the arbitrary velocity and forcing terms in a linear wave equation used to model the propogation of waves in a linear elastic fluid. The behaviour of solutions derived using the non-classical symmetry method are discussed. Solutions satisfy a given initial profile and wave velocity. For some solutions the arbitrary forcing terms and wave velocity can be written in terms of the initial wave profile. A rectangular cell of known boundary conditions is cut out from a medium containing the doubly periodic array of inclusions. The stress and strain relationship of the rectangular cell is obtained by using the classical boundary element methods. By matching the boundary condition requirements, the effective elastic properties of the doubly periodic array of inclusions can then be calculated. Numerical examples from the sub-domain boundary element method and the single domain boundary element method are compared and discussed.
